Originally from the 17th century, as recorded in an inscription engraved on the upper part of the building’s facade. According to its family tree, the origins of this house are related to the Acuña Malvar and Fajardo families. The last owner of the house by inheritance was Julio Ricoy y Rodríguez-Fajardo. Juan Salgado, a lawyer from Cambados, bought it from him between 1914 and 1918 and his heirs still live in it. This very well located house, although it had its previous physiognomy modified, continues to be an example of Cambados' noble constructions. It has lights on all of its facades. The tower stands out and provides service to the building despite being part of the modifications made afterwards
